The proposed law includes an increase in the VAT rate to 16%, a lower threshold for VAT registration, revised regulations for special tax regimes, and other significant changes.<\/p>\n

You can access the draft amendments to the Tax Code and related laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as of May 8, 2025) via the following link: https:\/\/legalacts.egov.kz\/<\/a><\/p>\n

After Senate review, the draft will be sent to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approval.<\/p>\n
